Regional History Museum - Sofia continues the series of lectures on the history of Bulgaria. The guest of November 30, 2016 is Academic Vasil Gyuzelev in the Department of History at the University of Sofia.
The second lecture for season 2016/2017 History of Bulgaria in the calendar of Regional History Museum - Sofia will be given by Academic Vasil Gyuzelev. It will be held on November 30, 2016 (Wednesday) autor: 18:00 pm at the Museum. The theme is "Ohrid in Bulgarian history and historiography (XIII - XVIII century).
Academic Gyuzelev teaches medieval history of Bulgaria in the Faculty of History of Sofia University.
The lectures in History of Bulgaria are a joint initiative of the Regional History Museum - Sofia and the Faculty of History of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". They are held every last Wednesday of the month at the Regional Museum of History - Sofia (Square "Banski" 1). Until now guest speakers at the Museum, direction "History of Bulgaria" were: Prof. Dr. Plamen Mitev, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mihail Gruev, Assoc. Prof. Georgi Nikolov, prof. Hristo Matanov, Prof. Dr. Veselin Yanchev, Prof. Dr. Eugenia Kalinova.
NOTE: The lectures are with free admission. Presence is required in advance keeping in place due to their limited number! This can be done through online registration. Seats are reserved until 15 minutes before the start of the lecture, after which the registration is not valid.
